Hedge Trimming:
For many people, having a well-kept and trimmed hedge is a tremendous pleasure. Others may prefer to delegate the duty of keeping it under control to others.
In either case, the simplest approach for getting your hedge to look the way you want it to is to entrust its maintenance to a seasoned professional.
Managing and caring for your hedges and hedgerows:
Assessment:
Each job is unique, so we do an on-site inspection to determine how the hedge has developed and what steps should be taken to preserve or remove it.
A well-kept hedge is appealing to the eye and provides shelter for a variety of animals.
Preparing the area:
We make sure we have adequate space to work, but we also want to make sure the location is safe for anyone else.
Because we may be using ladders and machines, we must ensure that no cars or other obstructions are in the way.
Working on the hedge:
If we're going to trim the hedge, we'll first determine how much and then assess the general shape and condition.
We remove the trash while working to maintain a clean and safe working area because there is a lot of it.
Finishing the hedge:
The ultimate design of the hedge must clearly blend in with the surroundings, but it's also critical to ensure that the hedge is healthy and capable of producing new leaves as needed.
If we have to totally remove the hedge, we ensure that the roots and stump are removed so that you can begin replanting or turfing the area.
What's involved with felling a tree safely?
Assessment:
Our first step will be to analyze the tree thoroughly, and we may be able to offer strategies to save it in some way.
If it is determined that the tree cannot be saved, we will devise a strategy for its felling and disposal.
Preparing the area:
To ensure maximum safety on site, we must protect the area and ensure that only our staff has access to the cutting zone.
We'll also have laid out the space so that the logs and rubbish can be removed.
Beginning work on the tree:
Normally, this entails chopping and wedging the tree at its base, followed by a controlled fall. Alternatively, your tree may be dismantled in easily-handled portions in some cases for safety reasons or if the room is limited.
Completing the project:
We gently chopped up the wood once it was on the ground for simpler removal and disposal. After that, we'll clean up and leave the ground for you to use as you choose.
Tree surgeons deal with all manner of tree issues
Assessment
The site visit allows us to inspect the tree and make recommendations for how to effectively manage it while also ensuring that your needs are met. We'll suggest whether it's a modest trim or a more substantial cut back.
Preparing the area
To ensure maximum safety on site, we must protect the area and ensure that only our staff has access to the cutting zone.
All of the offcuts, branches, leaves, and shavings are gathered and removed.
Beginning work on the tree
We'll set up a perimeter and then get to work on the tree. One man cuts, while the other cleans up the work area and collects debris. Our chipper will be ready to break up the branches as soon as possible.
Completing the project
The work area will have been kept immaculate during the project, so all that is left to do now is a rake and sweep the area to remove any broken twigs or leaves.
