Rebecca's early career started in a garden centre. A year working for the local council gave her knowledge of grounds maintenance work. After this time Brighton Up Your Garden was established in 2007. Managing domestic clients gardens.

Then a small team joined her with helping with woodwork projects, maintenance & planting jobs. In 2016 she completed a Garden Design Diploma at Plumpton Agricultural College.
